The Story Behind the Craft
Thomas Oak represents the fourth generation of his family's woodworking tradition. The Oak family has been working with wood since 1923, and Thomas continues this legacy with a focus on live edge and natural wood furniture. Working from a restored barn in Vermont, he personally selects each piece of timber, often from trees that have fallen naturally or need to be removed. His philosophy centers on revealing the inherent beauty within each piece of wood.
